"Human communication, 'as the saying goes, is a clash of symbols' it covers a multitude of signs. But it is more than media and messages, information and persuasion; it also meets a deeper need and serves a higher purpose. Whether clear or garbled, tumultous or silent, deliberate or fatally inadvertent, communication is the ground of meeting and the foundation of community. It is, in short, the essential human connection."

You’re quite photogenic too! Lovely pictures for the challenge. Another tomorrow – I wonder what it will be?
First time anyone’s ever said I’m photogenic. I’ve never liked having my picture taken…that’s why the gravatar of water lilies. Took me awhile to even fathom posting my pics on my blog. But after 2 years, I figured…what the heck. I’m not trying to win any modeling contracts. Writing, yes! Modeling, NO!

Beautiful photos. Which one is you? One of your cats, the tawny, long-hair looks just like my Reggie (short for Regina).
Wish I could say I was one of the young uns. I’m the one on santa’s lap; the one hugging my hubby in our hallway; the one snuggling with our daughter on her couch. I’m the Hawaiian hugmamma.
I think the cat you’re referring to is my daughter’s cat, Misha. He is quite the photogenic one…my grandkitty.
And lovely you are. Love the smiles … Thanks for sharing.
Smiles…windows onto…the heart.
Aren’t you nice…
…hugs.
