This post makes me smile! My daughters and I shared similar wonderful moments years ago.(I think some of our furnishings are very similar to yours.) Now… I’m so excited- our youngest daughter is expecting our first grandchild. She asked for the dollhouse, because… we’re having a granddaughter!!

Doll houses are enchanting. Yours is an expecially beautiful one. It takes me back to my childhood. I read that Agatha Christie used to make doll houses from cabinet shelves.

Isn’t it though? There are phenomenally talented miniaturists. One in particular amazed me. She crafts shoes, hats and umbrellas to such perfection.
