I’ve not been around horses a lot…in fact, almost never…so I’m not really familiar with their habits. But I guess I knew enough to think lying down was a rarity for horses. I guess this proves me wrong…
I know what you mean. Our friends who live in Southampton where I took this photo had to assure us that the horse was just taking a siesta. It was too, too funny to see. So glad my menagerie of pets delighted you. 🙂
That’s the first sleeping horse I’ve ever seen. It’s almost certain I’ll not seen another one. I think it’s an oddity…unless one owns a horse or is at least around horses a lot. Definitely not something I’m familiar with. Although I’ve great respect for horses…and their humans. 🙂
BTW…tried visiting your blog by clicking on “Sunshine”…but a page comes up saying there’s an error and your site’s not available. Thought I’d let you know.
Thanks, Hugmamma…something is going on and I contacted WP Support. Ugh…ordeal not fun to deal with. Thanks, again. Was it in the comment section that you encountered this?
When I clicked on your URL a message pops up saying your site doesn’t exist. Just now, however, I noticed your URL says “https://seraphim6.me” It’s probably because of the extra “s” in “https” Might just be that. 🙂

When I was young I was told that horses never laid down to sleep. So you can imagine when AS AN ADULT I was told of course they could. Love the pics!

Your guess is as good as mine. Isn’t that crazy? Wonder if it would’ve jumped up if we’d have gone over to take a look… 🙂
