Walking the isolated grounds of Holyrood Castle in Edinburgh, Scotland was hauntingly…eerie.I could imagine Mary Queen of Scots walking alongside us, her heart heavy with thoughts of her impending death.
It was so sad to see the tiny quarters in which she was ensconced before she was beheaded. I had no doubts that Mary Queen of Scots haunted the castle and its grounds for centuries. I almost felt a glimmer of her presence still…when we visited a couple of years ago. Truly sad…
